ABOUT ME
Kelly pryor
Welcome! I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA. and a certified Pilates & Barre Instructor, as well as a professional dancer and dance instructor. Starting dance as a toddler has taught me a great amount about discipline, both mental and physical, and the benefits of being active. I started to fall in love with the fitness industry after starting weight lifting, incorporating different types of exercises and group classes to my fitness regimen.
I seek to inspire and help people to live a healthy lifestyle through fitness. By mixing modalities and making it fun, my clients create lasting changes to their bodies and minds.
